Detalhe da Função

Our Construction Business Line is looking for a Site Manager who will have the following responsibilities:
   » Coordination of all site activities;
   » Manage the construction team (site supervisors and technicians);
   » Coordinate the time schedules and supervise the planning and execution of all site works;
   » Establish and maintain on site offices and facilities;
   » Report to the Project Manager the project site activity;
   » Manage site logistic.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have/ be:
   » Licentiate Degree in Electrotechnical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering;
   » 2 to 5 years of working experience in a relevant role on construction projects (preferably in the energy sector);
   » Good knowledge of tools and techniques or project schedules/ planning;
   » Ability to work with planning software;
   » Fluent in English (French is a plus);
   » Knowledge of HSE requirements.

   » Used to work with international, multi-cultural teams, in multiple time zones;
   » Good communication skills;
   » Resilient under stressful conditions and adverse environment;
   » Geographical mobile for temporarily location according to project needs;
   » Creative problem solving for critical projects/ on site crisis situations;
   » Leadership skills;
   » Very good planning skills.
