ManpowerGroup is recruiting a Dutch Customer Support Fashion Advisor to represent our client’s brands by delivering outstanding customer service queries with clarity, passion and enthusiasm. The advisor will also answer queries across a number of channels including email, chat, and phone.
 
 
Your responsibilities
   » Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries;
   » Follow up to customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner;
   » Aim to resolve issues on the by phone call and be proactive;
   » Appropriately communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email;
   » Be able to work to customer service measures, metrics and KPIs.
 
 
What we are looking for
 
   » Superb written and oral communication skills in both English (B2 level minimum) & Dutch (C1/C2 level);
   » Team player with a positive attitude who thinks as a business owner would;
   » Availability to work various shifts;
   » Proficiency with desktop computer system and internet skills;
   » Prior customer service experience;
   » Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
   » Passion for fashion is a PLUS!
