Egor ? Trabalho Temporário is recruiting, through the Lisbon JobCenter, a French Financial Sales Advisor to work in one of our multinational clients.
 
Role
 
?          Assist customers who have a pre-accepted request in the entity via Outbound/Inbound calls
?          Advise and answer the client questions about the product
?          Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments
?          Management of emails of inquiries, incidents, and claims of customers
?          Receive and classify the requests and documentation of new clients
?          Provide support in the integration and adaptation of business processes
?          Collect information for the entity's area of operations.
?          Commercial activities: upsell and cross-sell using the company portfolio (for ex : selling an Insurance related to the credit)
 
Requirements
?          Native or Proficient French and fluent English (minimum level C1)
?          Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
?          Previous experience in Customer Service or a credit recovery experience is a plus
?          Analytical Capability and the Credit Cycle Overview
?          Commercial and Upselling skills
?          For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
