Egor ? Trabalho Temporário is recruiting, through the Lisbon JobCenter, a French Speaking Advisor for a Cosmetic Retail Projectto work in one of our multinational clients.
 
Role
 
?          Develop technical skills that will empower you to support the after-sales process and every step related (i.e. online orders, refunds?) and increase Brand Awareness.
?          Become a part of an inclusive and supportive team who will work with you at achieving your development goals and receive consistent guidance and feedback from our dedicated team leaders and trainers.
?          Evoque your passion for beauty cosmetics and use your expertise to advise customers about the products.
Requirements
?          Native or Proficient French and fluent English (minimum level B2)
?          Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
?          Previous experience in Customer Service or a sales representative is a plus
