Your main responsibilities: Lead analysis and implementation of enhancement requests from FX traders and sales teams to optimize trading workflows. Collaborate closely with front office teams, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues by parsing logs, executing SQL queries, and supporting development efforts with Python scripting when needed. Apply agile principles to continuously improve processes, ensuring seamless system updates and robust trading operations. Document business requirements and coordinate testing to deliver impactful system improvements. Maintain a deep understanding of financial markets, FX products, and electronic trading platforms. Act as a subject matter expert, managing projects independently and providing strategic insights. You're ideal for this role if you have: Over 8 years of experience in financial markets, with strong knowledge of FX and electronic trading. Proficiency in SQL, Unix, and a technical aptitude for investigating system issues. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and front-office stakeholders.
